Specific extraction of Sumrakov granite
The Sumrakov quarry in the South Bohemian Region extracts Sumrakov fine-grained granite, characterized by a color transition called yellow-gray melange, also known as Mrákotín-type granite. In the quarry, we produce paving stones, curbs, masonry elements, quarry stone, garden elements, and crushed stone.
Cut products from this granite, such as paving and facing slabs, curbs, window sills, and stone stairs, are processed using various techniques at our fine stonework production facilities in Prosetín and Slatina. The most common types of processing include blasting, sanding or grinding, and polishing.
