The Company processes only accurate personal data obtained in accordance with ZOOÚ or GDPR, whereby it collects and processes this personal data only for the established purpose, in the scope specified below, for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for three years after its termination, or for a period of one year if no contract is concluded.

Sources of Personal Data:
The Company obtains personal data primarily from the data subject within the framework of negotiations for the conclusion of a contract.
The Company always informs data subjects about when the provision of personal data is necessary for the provision of a specific service and when, on the contrary, it is voluntary; however, the provision of such personal data facilitates mutual communication between the data subject and the Company and also significantly streamlines the provision of services.
Processors and Recipients:
To ensure the purposes described above, personal data may be processed by external processors in addition to the Company and its employees, based on personal data processing agreements concluded in accordance with ZOOÚ or GDPR between the processor and the Company as the controller.
The Company processes personal data both manually and automatically. The protection of personal data is technically and organizationally secured by the Company in accordance with ZOOÚ or GDPR. The Company requires the same security from personal data processors.
The Company informs that personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of a legal request if they possess the legal authority to require the transfer of the personal data in question.
Rights of Data Subjects:
The data subject is entitled to request information about the processing of their personal data regarding the purpose of processing, the scope or categories of personal data being processed, the sources of personal data, the nature of automated processing, processors, recipients, or categories of recipients of personal data.
The Company shall provide the communication of the requested information without undue delay, for a reasonable fee not exceeding the costs necessary to provide such information.
In the event that the data subject discovers or believes that the Company or its contractual processor is carrying out processing of personal data that is contrary to the protection of the data subject’s private and personal life or contrary to the law, the data subject is entitled to:
ask the Company or its contractual processor for an explanation;
demand that the Company or its contractual processor remedy the situation thus created; in particular, the data subject is entitled to request blocking, correction, completion, or destruction of personal data.
The Company always informs the data subject about the handling of their request without undue delay. The data subject has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with their initiative at any time.
