A residential project that combines modern living with references to the industrial history of the site and historical industrial elements with urban greenery. Pergamenka is a great example of how to transform a brownfield site into a living part of the city while preserving part of its history. This was ultimately recognized by the Czech Association of Developers, with the project taking second place in the prestigious domestic competition Best of Realty 2024.
